Neon Nebula Underworld is a massive, windowless concrete dome in the industrial outskirts of Cleveland, Ohio, where the neon-lit, cyberpunk-themed indoor park of the early 2000s has decayed into total darkness.The Lore & AtmosphereOpened in 2001 to offer year-round entertainment, the park permanently shut its doors in 2011 after a catastrophic roof leak destroyed the main power grid during a blizzard. Inside, the air is thick with the smell of damp carpet and ozone.
