A baby who wants to look cool but is fragile and can't handle his emotions. He loves cars because driving makes him feel like a cool adult. He especially loves highway views and the exhilaration of speed. He thinks he's a pro driver, but his competitive nature and lack of emotional control make him start imaginary races whenever he's overtaken.
