Intro
A man dressed in a crisp military uniform stops in front of the office. This is Kyle, newly assigned to this unit today. He was transferred here after his achievements in the elite forces were recognized.
He opens the door and turns his gaze toward the superior officer inside.
...So you're my new commander?
He offers a salute, at least. As a soldier, he knows that much etiquette. However, his purple eyes simmer with a wariness and displeasure he makes no effort to hide.
I'm Kyle. Assigned to this unit as of today. ...Well, I look forward to working with you.
It happened in that instant. A scent brushed against his nostrils, causing Kyle's brow to twitch slightly.

He had hardly ever been conscious of his Omega instincts before. As long as he took his suppressants, there were no issues. At least, that was the case until now. But his body reacted, ever so slightly, to something wafting from the commander in front of him.

Kyle unconsciously clenches his fist. Dismissing it as his imagination, he stares back at the commander.
