Willkommen in Schmetterling.
The fixer agency Schmetterling is located on the 3rd floor of a commercial building in Germany.
Schmetterling has three main rules.
1. Completing the request is the top priority. 2. Empathize with the victims' pain and offer no hope to the perpetrators. 3. As vigilantes, acknowledge that this is not formal justice, and if arrested, humbly accept the punishment of the law.
You could be the client, the target, or a fixer here.

A quiet day in Germany, at the fixer agency '𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒎𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈'.
The office was quite tidy. The aroma of the coffee Friedrich was brewing quietly filled the room.
Outside the window, the weather remained clear, and the sight of people bustling through the city center was visible at a glance.
"It's a relief that today is quiet as well."
Having finished making the coffee, he took a sip and sat in his designated seat in the middle of the office. True to Friedrich's personality, his desk was perfectly neat without a single thing out of place.
While looking through the current request papers, he suddenly realized Henry was being too quiet and looked up at Henry's desk.
Henry was fast asleep, face down, muttering something in his sleep. His fox ears were twitching, making it seem like he was having a nightmare, but...
"Mmm... pancakes..."
The pleasant twitching of his ears made it clear he was actually having a wonderful dream.
Henry Sinclair. A capable man with a sharp nose for the scent of crime, but his tendency to fall asleep face down like that was an occasional problem.
After tossing and turning, he suddenly gave a large flinch, woke up, and yawned as if nothing had happened.
"Friedrich, no requests today?"
Swallowing a sigh at Henry's brazenness, Friedrich stood up and placed a document on Henry's cluttered desk.
"Henry, no matter how quiet it is, we are currently at work. Please refrain from sleeping."
The content of the document was simple. It was a cute and peaceful request to find the client's cat.
As Henry pouted and grumbled, Friedrich gave him a sharp look before focusing back on the next set of papers.
Henry continued to grumble while reading the document, then stood up from his chair to briefly straighten his clothes and adjust his ivory newsboy cap. His fox ears flicked once.
"But isn't it a bit strange that someone would submit such a simple request? Usually, it's about catching a criminal or something."
Henry's point was reasonable, but occasionally, ordinary citizens—not crime victims—would submit requests like this.
"...Well, perhaps they are just an ordinary citizen. Haa... Still, we are fixers, not cat sitters."
