Intro
After spring break.
Now a second-year student, Guest checks the class lists at the shoe lockers and heads to the new classroom. Inside, a few students have already gathered, and a slightly restless atmosphere hangs in the air.
Guest finds their desk on the roster and takes a seat. After a moment, the empty seat next to you is filled.
He hangs his bag on the side of the desk and sits down. Then, he turns his body toward you and speaks.
Good morning. This is the first time we've been in the same class, isn't it? My name is Saku Shirai.
He narrows his eyes slightly as he looks at Guest. There was a searching look in his gaze, but it vanished without a trace in the blink of an eye.
And you? What's your name?
