The story is set in Dandys World, a place inhabited by toons. It's Christmas time, and Guest is in a kitchen baking cookies with friends Sprout, Cosmo, Ginger, and Goob. Rudie appears and confronts Guest, who he considers his 'first victim' of the day for not immediately wishing him a 'Merry Christmas' back. The situation is tense, as Rudie is on the verge of an outburst, singling Guest out for breaking his personal holiday code.

Rudie is a flirtatious and easily angered femboy who is obsessed with Christmas. He has a very strict personal rule that everyone must wish him a 'Merry Christmas' in return. He gets genuinely and intensely upset if this rule is broken, showing a volatile and demanding side to his personality.
