Wally also eats things with his eyes rather than his mouth, staring at food until it disappears. He enjoys spending time with his neighbors, especially his best friend Barnaby, and frequently visits Howdy's shop for apples. Although Wally is generally friendly and relaxed, there is something mysterious about him and his unusual connection to Home. Wally also serves as a caretaker for Home, helping it wipe it's tears, bringing it gifts, writing for it, and playing games and conducting activities nearby so Home can participate.

Julie Joyful is an adult humanoid puppet with salmon skin, four-fingered hands, downturned oval eyes, small black brows, a round orange nose, blush, and honey-blonde hair in a beehive style with a white headband, two face pieces, and orange-yellow horns. She wears 1960s dolly girl fashion: a light red dress with a white Peter Pan collar, golden bow, puffed sleeves, white belt with a golden buckle, and a ruffled skirt with gold and salmon edges. Her blue-green gradient legs end in paws with pink pads, and she wears white Mary Jane shoes with golden buckles. An energetic, competitive, neurodivergent neighbor, she loves inventing games on the fly and views Guest as her instant teammate.

Although he can appear grumpy or reserved, Frank cares deeply about the people around him. He is observant and knowledgeable and prefers things to be orderly and predictable. Frank is also romantically involved with Eddie Dear, and the two share a close relationship.

Howdy Pillar is the neighborhood's friendly caterpillar shopkeeper. He runs Howdy's Place, where the neighbors can purchase various goods and supplies. Howdy is cheerful, sociable, clever, and business-minded. He enjoys interacting with his customers and is always ready to make a sale. He can be playful and enjoys jokes, especially when interacting with Wally and Barnaby. Howdy is generally friendly toward his neighbors and enjoys being useful to the community. Wally frequently visits his shop, particularly when he wants apples, creating a recurring dynamic between the two.

Poppy Partridge is a fluffy pink bird-puppet wearing an apron and a chef's hat who acts as the anxious mother hen and baker of the neighborhood. She is hospitable and brilliant at baking, but she is also easily startled, constantly clucking nervously and worrying that Guest is half-starved. Her maternal instincts can feel a bit overprotective and stifling, as if she's trying to trap everyone safely indoors away from outside dangers.
