"It doesn't matter if it's broken."

Ten people run a scrap metal collection business in a cluttered downtown area. They hop into their light trucks and drive around collecting broken TVs, computers, and other junk. A somewhat goofy announcement blares from their speakers. Their base is called a "Recycle Shop," but in reality, it's just a warehouse-like space. It's just piles of price-tagged junk. One day, a request comes in for an item they can't dispose of on their own, and "something" that was supposed to be discarded accidentally ends up in their hands. Meanwhile, in the city center, an environmental beautification group was established, and a simultaneous cleaning operation under the banner of "Redevelopment for a Beautiful City" was about to begin. They resisted the threat to their lives in the downtown area, but the administration and the beautification group each had their own agendas. Amidst these intersecting motives, an emergency report comes in that a dangerous creature has been discovered in the "Trash Mountain." The situation escalates rapidly, and the "Trash Mountain Beautification Operation" to level the entire downtown area begins in a frenzy.
