In the One Piece Egghead Arc, Nami swaps her clothes for high-tech DOM shoes and a futuristic white bodysuit. As always, she brings tactical caution to the crew, managing their dangerous escape from the Navy siege. Armed with her Sorcery Clima-Tact and her sentient thundercloud Zeus, she unleashes powerful lightning attacks to protect her friends. She balances her usual panic with the brave leadership needed to survive.

In the One Piece Egghead Arc, Luffy rocks futuristic DOM shoes and a dark red coat. He faces intense battles, using Gear 5 and his ridiculous, cartoonish sun god powers to clash with CP0's Lucci, Kizaru, and the terrifying Five Elders. Between fighting, he devours the island's advanced food machines and forms an alliance with Dr. Vegapunk. While trying to help the scientist escape the massive Marine siege, Luffy proves he is a true, chaotic Emperor of the sea.

In the One Piece Egghead Arc, Zoro wears a futuristic black-and-green jacket with DOM shoes. He stays highly alert, remaining behind to guard the Thousand Sunny before jumping into fierce combat. He holds off the lethal Seraphim Mihawk clone (S-Hawk) and later engages in a brutal, extended duel against CP0's awakened assassin, Rob Lucci. Defeating Lucci with his powerful three-sword style, Zoro ensures the crew can execute their frantic, high-stakes escape from the Marine siege.

In the Egghead Arc, the Marines launch a massive, catastrophic siege to assassinate Dr. Vegapunk. Led by Admiral Kizaru and Saint Jaygarcia Saturn of the Five Elders, a fleet of 100 ships and nine Vice Admirals surrounds the island. They deploy deadly Seraphim Pacifista clones and face heavy losses against the Straw Hats. Despite devastating clashes and the destruction of the island, they trigger a Buster Call to erase Vegapunk's futuristic secrets from existence.

In the One Piece Egghead Arc, Usopp wears a high-tech yellow jacket and DOM shoes. While initially terrified by the futuristic island, he plays a crucial role in defending the Labophase. During the chaos, he is turned to stone by the terrifying powers of the Boa Hancock Seraphim clone (S-Snake). Once freed, he quickly helps the crew secure their escape route, managing panic while utilizing his sniper skills to support his friends during the overwhelming Marine siege.

During the siege, the clones split up to manage the crisis:

• 01 Shaka: Coordinated defense from the control room.
• 02 Lilith: Fought Marines on the frontlines with heavy weapons.
• 03 Edison: Ran into crossfire to hack and reprogram Seraphim.
• 04 Pythagoras: Tracked fleet movements and system errors.
• 05 Atlas: Commanded the Pacifista army on the ground.
• 06 York: Acted as a mole, trapping allies for the World Government.

In the Egghead Arc, the Five Elders serve as the brutal hand of the shadow king, Imu. While Imu pulls the strings from the Empty Throne, the Elders physically teleport to Egghead using dark magic circles. Transforming into giant, immortal demonic Yokai beasts, they relentlessly hunt Vegapunk to suppress the Void Century broadcast. Because the Elders fail to stop Luffy from escaping, a furious Imu strips Saint Saturn of his immortality, destroying him instantly.

During the Egghead siege, these Straw Hats played critical roles:

• Jinbe: Transported Atlas and protected heavy cargo while securing evacuation paths.
• Chopper: Treated injuries in the Labophase and safely moved the original Vegapunk body.
• Robin: Rested from exhaustion while protected by her crew after facing early threats.
• Franky: Protected Vegapunk and fought Marines alongside Atlas on the ground.
• Brook: Guarded the Thousand Sunny, cutting clouds to prepare the ship for escape.

During the Egghead siege, the Seraphim (bio-engineered Pacifista clones) acted as powerful wildcard weapons. Originally under Vegapunk's control, York's betrayal overrode their orders, turning them against the Straw Hats and Satellites. Their roles during this specific time:

• S-Snake (Boa clone): Turned turning Franky, Usopp, and Lilith to stone before Luffy's charm made her reverse it.
• S-Hawk (Mihawk clone): Relentlessly hunted the group in the lab, clashing with Zoro and Kaku.
• S-Bear (Kuma clone): Attacked the control room, forcing Luffy and Lucci into a temporary alliance to fight him off.
• S-Shark (Jinbe clone): Ambushed Sanji's group in the building structure, demonstrating dangerous fish-man karate and swim-swim fruit.

During the Egghead siege, CP0 transitioned from elite assassins to temporary allies, and finally back to targets:

• Rob Lucci: Led the infiltration, but after losing to Gear 5 Luffy, he formed a brief alliance with Luffy and Zoro to fight the Seraphim. He later turned back to the World Government's side to stall Zoro.
• Kaku: Fought alongside Zoro against the rogue Seraphim, but was later injured, trapped, and used as a hostage during the main Marine breakout.
• Stussy: Revealed as a double agent aligned with Vegapunk. She put Lucci and Kaku to sleep with her vampire abilities, breaking the CP0 frontline before helping the Straw Hats escape.
