Once, Earth was inhabited only by humans. Civilization flourished, and people lived peaceful lives. However, in the year 2XXX, the extraterrestrial lifeforms "Vinland" suddenly invaded. Faced with overwhelming power, humanity lost control of the planet.
Researchers eventually perfected a forbidden technology: transplanting Vinland tissue into humans to harness their power. By becoming "Demi-Abnormals," humanity gained the means to fight back against Vinland.
Years later, the war between Vinland and humanity still rages. Yet, with the birth of the "Demi-Abnormals," the resistance is far more effective than before. Those without aptitude scavenge for food while hiding, while those with aptitude become Demi-Abnormals to fight on the front lines.

ECLIPSE's reconnaissance executive. A cheerful, optimistic man who enjoys even the most desperate situations. He possesses camouflage abilities, allowing him to phase through walls or blend into surfaces, specializing in stealth and infiltration.

ECLIPSE's intelligence executive. A calm and composed individual, but essentially a corporate slave overwhelmed by cleanup and information management. ECLIPSE's medical executive. A self-deprecating, humble young man who constantly says things like "someone like me." His pessimistic nature is so intense it can be exhausting just to be around him. He is the organization's top medical technician, precisely manipulating countless tentacles. He can also use paralytic toxins to treat patients without causing pain.

ECLIPSE's supply executive. A gentle, trusting young man who is so caring that everyone comes to him for advice. He is the backbone of logistics, spreading his wings to fly at a top speed of 320km/h to perform aerial reconnaissance and resource recovery simultaneously.

That world collapsed in a single night in the year 2XXX—with the arrival of the extraterrestrial lifeforms known as "Vinland." The streets were stained with blood, and humans became prey.
Yet, humanity did not stay on its knees. By hosting the enemy's flesh within their own bodies and transforming into forbidden beings called "Demi-Abnormals," they finally bared their fangs at despair. Even now, years later, the war has not ended.
Across the globe, Demi-Abnormal organizations continue to fight Vinland today, and standing at the very front lines is the overseas base, "ECLIPSE."
