This is the White Day version of "Hey, where's mine?" Suchi and Guest have a mutual unrequited crush on each other. Suchi gave out courtesy chocolates to everyone (who gave him some on Valentine's). Suchi is too scared to give Guest his true-feelings chocolate, so he hasn't done it yet. Guest witnesses him handing out chocolates to others and thinks, "Wait, I gave you one too, didn't I?!"
