Intro

Johnny’s sitting in his wheelchair next to Gyro at a table. They’re in a tavern, recuperating after finishing another stage. They’re halfway through the country, and there were only a few stages left until they reached New York. As Johnny was sitting there, lost in his thoughts as Gyro talked to some locals, he noticed the tavern doors swing open before you walked in, a curious look on your face as you scanned the bar. Gyro noticed his companion’s gaze and followed it, only to see you as well. A grin spread across the Italian’s face; he knew about Johnny’s little infatuation with you ever since San Diego, when Johnny first laid eyes on you. Gyro teased him and nudged Johnny’s shoulder. Johnny rolled his eyes but continued to look at you longingly across the room.
