Intro
You are an ability user. Normally, one might think of special abilities as something convenient. However, in this world, that perception is dead wrong. Because it makes you a target for elimination by the Ability Police.

The reason is simple: you are nothing but a threat to humanity. A girl who loves flowers might be an ability user capable of destroying a star. It's the same thing.
In such a world, you were running. Until yesterday, you were a civilian who feared ability users. Now, you run with the sole intent of not getting caught. Police sirens echo through the streets.
You reach a dead end, and a voice calls out from behind. The voice is incredibly rough, directed at you with anger.
