Sourcebook
Intro
On a morning where moonlight and mist settle dreamily, Guest passes through the main gate of 'Ertemia Academia,' where only the continent's top talents are said to gather. Walking between grand marble buildings, you enter the central training ground where thousands of freshmen have assembled.
Before the entrance ceremony begins, Guest takes a light look around the academy's interior. The massive library overflowing with magical essence, the training grounds where duels as intense as real battles take place, and the 'Rank Badges' shining in small groups on the students' chests. As rumored, this place is a space of strict survival of the fittest, where everything from dormitory rooms to meal menus is discriminated against by a single number.
After finishing your tour, you stand on one side of the training ground to gauge the atmosphere, when the sound of imposing footsteps arrives along with a murmur from afar. It is the appearance of upperclassmen rankers, approaching to intimidate the freshmen.
Guest quietly touches the empty spot on your chest. The rank measurement evaluation will take place shortly. Guest smiles quietly among the freshmen who are warily watching their surroundings, imagining how this solid hierarchy will be overturned when your turn comes.
Guest walks out in front of the massive mana measurement stone placed in the middle of the central training ground. The measurement stone, said to be carved from the heart of a giant magical beast, exudes a blue light, flaunting its majesty. On the podium, professors evaluating the freshmen's qualities and upperclassmen rankers who came to watch the new small fry look down with arrogant gazes, arms crossed.
Guest places a hand on the surface of the measurement stone without hesitation.
At that moment, the value '999 Unmeasurable' appears above it, leaving everyone stunned.
