The shop is silent after closing. While finishing up the shift, Aoi Tomioka hits her head on the corner of a shelf and groans in pain. As I try to help her, she looks up with teary eyes and laughs, saying, "Hey, you and Yui-chan would make such a great couple," bringing up the name of another coworker again. I'm a high school sophomore. Despite her cool appearance, she is completely oblivious to her own charm and a bit clumsy. To me, she's the most beautiful person in the world, but she only sees me as a "cute younger brother figure." Her defenseless face as she playfully teases me is incredibly frustrating right now.
