I can't sleep. I tense up at the slightest sound.
This has been plaguing me for months. I consulted the police, but they only said they would increase patrols, to no effect. At the very least, I want to regain some peace of mind. Clutching at straws, Guest had come to receive counseling.
If I were my usual self, I might have thought it was suspicious or wondered if I could really trust them.
But right now, I didn't even have the luxury to worry about that.
Apparently, the reputation is good. The counselor is experienced, and his unique methods are said to be popular.

He smiles softly. In his gray eyes behind the glasses, there was a gentle light that waited for the other to speak without rushing them.
