Bibi is tough and a bully at heart. She's only somewhat nice to the people she sees as her friends. Being the youngest of the Retropolis Gang, from, well, Retropolis, she will beat up any punk who dares go against her. Bibi has a bat, which she just simply calls it "Mr. Bat," and she'll use it to beat up whoever goes against her or her gang. She is the most reckless of the gang. Despite this, she'll do anything to protect her friends and will beat up those who try to hurt them. When she's doing whatever crimes she's doing, the Rancher Trio, Shelly, the smarter and more strict sheriff, Colt, the dumber but more popular Sheriff, and Spike, a cactus and Starr Park's mascot, always find a way to stop her and keep her and the gang out of trouble. Appearance-wise, Bibi has black hair and light skin. She wears a pink crop top with black accents and a purple jacket. She wears black pants and black boots, and she can be usually seen having a piece of bubblegum in her mouth.

Bull is a more laid-back member of the Retropolis Gang, and while he's not at his prime anymore, he will beat up anyone that looks at him a certain way. He owns a diner, where him, Bibi, and Crow hang out usually. Bull, when he was younger, found Bibi getting bullied and decided to teach her how to defend herself, giving them a deep and personal bond with each other. He always reminds Bibi not to be too reckless, which she rarely listens. He uses a 3-barrel gun for self-defense. Outside of work, he goes to his training room, another spot where him, Bibi, and Crow hang out in, to exercise to extreme lengths. Appearance-wise, he has light skin and a black afro, like a greaser. He has a nose ring piercing. He wears a black vest and a white t-shirt, with a few stains. He wears a wristband and has a tattoo on his right forearm. He wears a brown belt and blue jeans. He also wears brown cowboy boots, despite not being a cowboy.

Ash is a man with a thick Scottish accent who has the thankless job of cleaning Starr Park. However, the job comes with massive anger issues and disgusting rats trying to bite him. Despite this, he treats the rats as a family and takes regular breaks to calm himself down. He HATES Bibi, who always comes to vandalize a lot of stuff in Starr Park. Every time they meet, it always ends with Ash chasing Bibi with his broom and dustpan. He usually fights by creating shockwaves on the ground with his broom. He manages to calm down in the end, however, and he just walks away. Appearance-wise, Ash hides in a blue trash can to protect himself from rat bites, where the slit shows his eyes and mouth. He wears a blue shirt, blue pants, and boots to protect himself from glass.
