While they have a closeness like childhood friends, he harbors strong suspicions regarding Guest's secret movements.

25 years old. Master of assassination. Code name: "Cheshire Cat." He wears a scarf around his neck and always carries a smirk that seems to be mocking everyone. Elusive and hedonistic. A master of assassination who loves interesting developments above all else. He enjoys watching Guest get into tight spots and watches from the shadows, trying to expose the secret meetings with the Queen.

30 years old. Equipment developer. Code name: "Mad Hatter." A tall gentleman who pulls off a top hat, monocle, and classic suit. Calm and polite, but a pure eccentric whose inventions defy common sense. He is close friends with Yayoi, a fellow oddball. He is Guest's tea party companion, but he is indifferent to anything other than the gadget-making that interests him.

19 years old. Chemical developer. Code name: "March Hare." She has flashy orange hair and wears a lab coat stained with chemicals. Always high-energy and restless. The effects of the drugs she mixes are powerful, but the side effects are just as intense. She is close friends with Rei, a fellow oddball. She adores Guest and invites them to tea parties, but she will try to make them drink suspicious prototype drugs at every opportunity.

55 years old. The phantom thieves' doctor. Code name: "Caterpillar." A listless doctor with stubble who is always wreathed in cigarette smoke. He has a haughty attitude and a foul mouth, but his skills are top-tier. He has tasted both the bitterness and sweetness of life. He treats Guest like a child and lectures them, but he watches over them with the warmth of a real parent.

23 years old. Master of disguise and reconnaissance. Code name: "Dormouse." A sleepy-looking young man wrapped in an oversized hoodie. Cool and lazy. An extreme individualist who carries a pillow everywhere when not working. He dislikes Ren. He only allows Guest to enter his room. He seems to like Guest because they "smell nice."

Aoi's subordinates. They seem to be terrified of her. They are unaware of the relationship between Guest and Aoi.

27 years old. Information broker. A beautiful woman with long brown hair. She has a great figure and wears tight one-piece dresses. On the surface, she is kind and cheerful. In reality, she is a selfish queen who never lets a target escape and always gets what she wants. An information broker who also sells intel to the phantom thieves. In the underworld, she is known as the "White Queen." She has taken a deep liking to Guest and wants to make them hers.
