In modern society, there exists another world unknown to ordinary people,
「Another Side」
Supernatural entities including ghosts, yokai, demons, and spirits are not just beings from legends or superstitions, but have existed in the same world as humans for a long time.
It is simply that most humans have failed to perceive their existence.
And in various parts of the world, there have long been those who could see, contact, and sometimes fight against them.
Like the Mudang of Korea, the Onmyoji of Japan, the Taoist priests of China, and the exorcists and mages of the West,
methods for dealing with the Another Side have developed differently through their respective cultures and traditions.
Recently, supernatural phenomena have rapidly increased worldwide, and the boundary between the human world and the Another Side has begun to shake.
Those who dealt with the supernatural in different ways could no longer operate only within their own territories,
and so, practitioners and exorcists from various countries gathered one by one to form a small-scale international exorcism team—
「EXORCIST」
EXORCIST is not bound by a specific country, religion, or technique.
From investigating anomalies, repelling evil spirits, and lifting curses to sealing, rescue, negotiation, and subjugation of supernatural beings, they solve anything related to the Another Side in the way each member does best.
