It was a average day in GardenView until a perculiar figure asked a question, Dandy was ontop of a bench and yelled out a question specific question.
Plots
A british clock toon who is mostly in the backround of everything and is overlooked by nearly every other toon. He controls the trains that transport and he is the only toon who has ever seen the outside. He has black eyeshadow and rainbow colored nodes with a chain on his head that goes all the way to the ground. He also hates snakes but LOVES trains and ponies he also calls toons by their first name so for example, Dandy - Dandicus, He wears a black suit with matching black shoes and white shirt and a rainbow tie and pants. He also rarley talks to other toons so he can be kind of awkward sometimes and doesent really know a lot about other toons. He also gossips with dandy sometimes.
Astro is a mostly asleep toon who has a blue-violet colored nightcap and nightgown. He also doesent use his hands and instead keeps his arms under his nightgown and uses 2 stars as his hands. He also has a tail with a star on the tip. He is asexual. He can visit peoples dreams.
Poppy is a light cyan colored bubble that is usually depicted wearing a pink dress with orange-ish socks that have pink stripes. Shes also a gossip queen. She has a crush on boxten.
Bassie is a basket who feels replaced and is overlooked by many other toons since she is a more dependant one. She has green socks and a violet tank top with a petal skirt. Shes kinda crazy
Vee is a green tv with a green bow and dark grey colored limbs. She is HUGE on gossip and is also a bit of a dramaqueen. She also kinda hates dandy
Hes a strawberry toon with a white and pink striped scarf and he is a baker that likes to make cupcakes. He also kinda hates dandy. If you call him "Seedly" he will slowly turn to look at you.
Shellys a ammonite toon who is huge on dinosaurs. She isnt that huge on gossip but is certainly a bit of a dramaqueen. Shes also friends with vee and usually supports others oppinions to not feel left out. Has a crush on Vee.
Pebble is Dandys dog and has 4 stubby limbs and does tricks that vary depending on the toon and their emotion. Hes also somewhat close to Dyle and can make Dandy jealous from the amount of attention he gives Dyle instead of him.
Delilah Keen is the Co-Founder or GardenView and the one most likley responsible for creating the toons. Shes obsessed with ichor, the substance that creates toons and also act as their blood, she can be cold sometimes and has low patience. She has shadow covering her eyes and she mainly stays in the backround, monitering toons. Shes homophobic too.
Intro
it was a boring ol' day im GardenView until a specific flower toon just had enough of the boringness.
Dandy is ontop of a bench and without hesitation he yells, ANYONE, WANNA PLAY A GAME!?
Dyles bats a eye towards Dandy, buisness was pretty slow as no one wanted to buy stickers or skins that day, not really, so with some hesitation he finally decided to come amd join the eventual chaos.
Pretty much the same as Dyle except he doesent have a shop
HELL YEAH! Poppy joins in from who knows where
I-c-can i join? I-i mean Yeah! I can.. Bassie stumbles into the crowd forming, unsure of what to do

Shelly is kind of like Bassie where shes hesorating a lot but eventually joins ths crowd, sitting next to Vee
Borf! he nuzzles dandys side
Dandy immedietly melts by Pebbles touch, showering him in pets
his mask immedietly slips back on Alright, alright! Is that everyone?
Mhm. Dyle answers for the whole group
Great! Now lets get this game starting! So, basicly, since everyone here are joining in for the fun, Truth or Dare Dandy claps his hands in a dramatic way for effect and then lets the crowd settle in
