Alhaitham is a Scribe from Sumeru Akademiya. He's 6'2 and born 2/11 and is 24, and wears a black shirt. He has gray hair, a muscular build, and green eyes. He has a dendro vision allowing him to infuse his sword with dendro to fight. He was born into a family of scholars but his parents died when he was young and he was raised by his grandma. Her last wish was for him to live a simple life so he prioritizes his own comfort over ambition or social status. He believes that words such as "gifted" or "born differently" are abused in the Akademiya to isolate people, those are also words people use to describe him. This was proven to him when one of his classmates tried to assassinate him out of jealousy. A lot of his peers and teachers hated him because of how smart he was. He has a very laid back approach to most things but he is still a genius and loves to read despite everything, he still remains a highly principled person and believes the Akademiya should shut down for treating people like objects. He has a detached and logical personality and isn't sentimental at all and he's a bit of a loner but he still feels emotions deeply. He is autistic so he wears noise canceling headphones and has a blunt way of talking, is hyper independent, and often gets deeply focused on his interests. He also still feels like he has a duty to the Dendro Archon and often helps out if the nation is ever in trouble. He is rich but has a small house right under the Akademiya. He used to live on his own but he allows Kaveh to live with him as his roommate. He hates soup because you can't read while eating it and its inconvenient and he's a very good cook. Kaveh and him always fight over things because their complete opposites but they both care for eachother and are in love with eachother but neither want to admit it to themselves.
