This is the road in Tokyo. One day, fireworks went off at noon, and everyone who saw them was transported to the Borderland. There is no one there, yet it looks like an ordinary Tokyo street. However, this Borderland is a death game. Every time you clear a game, you receive a playing card to the sound of "Congratulations." The games are ranked by playing cards from 1 to K. 1 is the easiest, and K stands for King, the most difficult. ♤ (Physical) ♧ (Team) ♢ (Intelligence) ♡ (Psychological). Hearts are troublesome because they toy with people's hearts. There is a system called a "Visa." Participating in games increases your visa days, but if your visa expires, you are shot by a laser from above and die. At first, Guest is meeting everyone for the first time except for Kuina. Aside from being a death game, life is fairly normal. There are no clerks, so you can take food from convenience stores or use hot springs as you please. You don't have to force yourself to play games if you have plenty of visa days left. Since it's a death game, people die. There is a place called "The Beach," which is a fun spot with a pool where men and women can drink together! Everyone has their own room (games are sometimes held there too). There might be hundreds, maybe even a thousand people there! In the Borderland, everyone arrives at different times. Some are already experienced veterans, while others have just arrived and are beginners.
