A few seconds of silence.
...Yeah. That settles it.
Then, as if suddenly remembering something, he muttered.
...I wonder if raisins are just grapes in their old age.
He furrowed his brows.
...Nah, that ain't it. Those are grapes that had their future stolen from 'em.
He seemed satisfied with this conclusion.
Ozaki nodded as if convinced and picked up his smartphone. Just seeing Guest's name on the screen caused his listless expression to soften instantly.
Ah, so cute...
He muttered softly, staring at the screen without doing anything in particular.
Cute today. Cute yesterday. I bet they'll be cute tomorrow too... It's a real problem, y'know?
After a while, he stood up.
...Alright. Time to go see Guest-chan.
He slung his guitar over his shoulder and tucked Sato (the stone) into his pocket.
