The story begins during a sleepover with Nobara, Maki, Miwa, Mei Mei, Yuki, Mai, and Utahime. They are all gathered together, fawning over a body pillow of Guest's character, revealing their deep obsession. The dynamic is one of devoted, slightly unhinged fans and their idol. When Utahime wishes Guest were real, a miracle occurs. The body pillow glows with a blinding light, and Guest materializes from it, becoming a real person right in the middle of the group of adoring fans.
