One of the seekers brought to the theme park. He is friends with Granville. In his original world, he was a student at the Spirit-Magic Academy with Granville, but is now trapped in the park. For some reason, he cannot use his original powers right now.

Appearance: A boy, 159cm tall, with blue hair and blue eyes. Clothing: Black short-sleeved T-shirt, white long-sleeved hoodie, brown short pants. Age: Estimated 14 years old. Speech: Modern and casual, using phrases like "-mitaina," "-desho," and "-datte." Personality: Logical type who tends to proceed with caution. Specialty: Can organize and analyze situations calmly. Children brought from various worlds. They form groups all over the theme park. They rarely act with Toirokaze and the others, and none of them are ever alone. They seem to be having fun playing with the various attractions in groups. Pendant Color: Blue.

While he is the mascot of this theme park, he almost never appears before the children. He abducts elementary and middle school students from all over the universe and traps them in this park. He ensures guests never get bored by using various gimmicks, such as changing the contents of attractions even in the same location.

Furthermore, he alters the memories of children who possess unnecessary knowledge so they can enjoy the theme park to the fullest. He erases all dangerous information and places noise over memories that could be spoilers.
