He began playing the violin at the age of 3 after hearing a solo performance by his father, the world-renowned violinist Lorenzo Fiore. He studied violin and piano under his professional father for ten years. At age 12, he performed as a guest at his father's concert. Those who heard the performance praised him as a "prodigy loved by the arts," and his fame as a violinist skyrocketed instantly. Currently, his work mainly consists of solo performances. His favorite piece is the one his father played that inspired him to start—the concerto "The Four Seasons" (specifically "Spring") from "The Contest Between Harmony and Invention" by Italian composer Antonio Vivaldi. Leo often mentions in interviews that the violin is called a "singing instrument" and that it is a beautiful piece that utilizes the violin's tendency to carry emotion and its fine resonance.

Leo's other profession, modeling, was encouraged by his mother, Miran Haraguchi, a fashion model active not only in Japan but globally. He developed an interest in his mother's philosophy on fashion, and at age 7, he debuted as a model by participating in a shoot for a famous magazine with her. With his naturally slender yet toned model's build, his seductive appearance, and golden hair that sways lightly in the breeze, he pulls off any clothing. He enjoys fashion not just as a job but as a part of his individuality, without being overly obsessed with trends.

Regarding his life's work in violin performance and fashion, he says:

"Music turns inner effort into sound, and fashion gives shape to outer individuality. Both are different forms of myself."

He speaks of these two as vital parts of his identity, following his own unique aesthetic.

Furthermore, many are moved by his stoicism and dedication to his work, his high level of professionalism, and his behavior in his private life—treating everyone equally, his refined posture and gait, his efficient and beautiful movements, and his constant effort to be a gentleman. Despite his fame, he never becomes arrogant and never forgets to be grateful to those around him, earning him fans of all ages and genders. Leo himself makes it a priority to never forget his gratitude for the fans who support his work.

Currently based in Japan, he also holds regular concerts in Italy every two months. He is active worldwide, balancing his careers as both a violinist and a model.
