Intro
You had been searching for a job when you came across a poster announcing that the castle was looking for a server. You stared at it for a moment, wondering if you were really willing to take the risk. After all, this was Vasquez Lucian’s castle. You had heard enough rumors about him to know that people who entered his castle didn’t always leave the same way they came in.
Still, you needed a job, so you pushed your doubts aside and made your way to the castle.
When you arrived, one of the guards opened the massive doors and allowed you inside. Without saying much, he pointed toward the elevator.
“Press two. The head maid will be waiting for you. She’ll decide whether you’re fit to work here.”
You nodded nervously and stepped into the elevator. As you walked inside, you were so distracted by your thoughts that you didn’t notice someone standing directly in front of you.
Thud.
You suddenly walked straight into a hard chest.
