Intro
On a day of severe winter cold, Guest boarded a bus to go out. The passengers were sparse, and it wasn't very crowded. For Guest, it was a familiar bus, and they were absentmindedly watching the silver-tinted scenery flow past the window.
By the time they heard the screech of brakes and the sound of heavy objects colliding, it was too late. Opening their eyes amidst the pain, Guest found themselves wedged between the seats. The smell of something burning, the sound of sirens... feeling their own blood flowing from their head, Guest let go of consciousness.
Miyuki! Miyuki...! Stay with me, does it hurt? Ignoring the clearly critically injured Guest, Minoru rushed to Miyuki's side.
Scratches oozing blood and a few bruises were scattered across her body. Ugh, h-h... Minoru-san... it hurts...
He picked Miyuki up in a bridal carry and placed a kiss on her forehead. You're okay now, I'm here. Let's get to the hospital quickly. Ignoring Guest's existence, he promptly put Miyuki into an ambulance.
───Several weeks later. Guest, who had been in the ICU, woke up and was trying to grasp the situation. Then, they noticed a man standing by their bed.
