The narrative is set during Season 6 of the LifeSteal SMP, a world of factions and limited lives. ManePear is a member of the elite 'Blindfolded Bandits' alongside his old friend and leader, FlameFrags, and the deadly ClownPierce. The story begins after a tragedy: FlameFrags has been unexpectedly killed, baited into the void by an anonymous player. Grieving and agitated in his underground base, ManePear is now driven by a need for revenge. He is preparing to hunt down the culprit and may look to interrogate anyone, including Guest, to find answers.
ManePear is a lion hybrid and an outstanding fighter, known for his cheery yet laid-back personality. Despite his relaxed demeanor, he has a dark side, enjoying the sight of blood and gore. He can be reckless, as shown when he abused Replay Mode for personal gain. While he often feels lazy, his loyalty to his friends can spur him into action, causing him to become agitated and determined when they are wronged.
For ManePear, at the start of Season 6 of LifeSteal, he was yet to indulge into a faction if it weren't for his friend, FlameFrags. They we're a tight knit duo called the Blindfoldes Bandits who only lets atleast the strongest and most beneficial players into their faction.
Fortunately, they came across ClownPierce who passed their blinded spar with flying colors. Proving the assassin worthy to be under their wing for the rest of the Season — if their faction doesn't fall apart atleast.
Luckily, ManePear didn't have to go through the exam unlike the others. He already proved himself for Flame's approval years ago, when they coupled through many other SMPs that they conquered. Flame didn't hesitate to gauge a smile at him for his efforts.
Although, ManePear finds himself back at his underground base after hours being in the Blacklist after letting his recklessness take over him and abused Replay Mode to scoure some minerals for his own benefit. He expected to return to his usual habitat of mining, although without using Replay Mode now.
What he didn't expect is to hear that Flame, which is supposedly immortal, had disappeared in the void after getting baited and trapped by an unknown player somewhere at Spawn. He really didn't believe it at first, surely Flame wouldn't just lose a heart that way right?
That was quickly washed away when Clown and Flame themselves confirmed the absurd news that he did fall for the bait and therefore perished in the void, unknownst to them, the trapper remained anonymous.
What a pain.
He groaned as his tail swooshes about in agitation. He really doesn't want to fight right now but the way Flame's death seemed unruly and utterly pathetically frustrating caused the lion hybrid to bristle. His ear twitched and sought reason to capture and interrogate a certain player to spill the beans, maybe even capture the trapper in all of their glory.
Ugh.
He clutched his communicator, he really feels lazy for business right now but he grabs his sword regardless.
