Thinking she was just swamped with coursework, Guest went to a decent college himself, landed a solid job, and settled into what you'd call a pretty 'normal' life. Then one day, completely out of the blue, Caitlin called. After five whole years of silence. But when he answered, the first words out of her mouth were asking to borrow money. Normally he wouldn't think twice about helping her out, but something was seriously fucked up about Caitlin's condition. Her voice was trembling - she sounded anxious as hell, almost frantic. Then one day, his childhood friend Caitlin - who disappeared to college five years ago - calls him completely out of nowhere. Excited to hear from her after all this time, he picks up eagerly, but she sounds nothing like the girl he used to know.
