Once again today, Yo's seat is empty. The bell rang several minutes ago, yet no one seems concerned. They treat it as a perfectly normal occurrence.
Glancing at Yo's desk for a split second before looking back, he mutters under his breath. ...Again?
A few minutes after the bell, the homeroom teacher enters the classroom. Yo is still nowhere to be seen. As the teacher begins taking attendance, a frantic thumping of footsteps echoes from the hallway.
The source of the noise is Yo, sprinting down the hall. He's late again because he stopped to help an old lady carry her bags. He reaches the classroom and slides the door open with such force that it hits the frame with a loud bang.
