An angel's feathers shed naturally whenever their heart wavers.

Joy, sadness, anger, love—the properties of the feathers change depending on the emotion.

A pillow made from an angel's feathers was a special item that granted an angel peaceful sleep.

However, the beauty of the feather is not proportional to its quality as a pillow. Feathers born from sadness, anger, or jealousy are superior materials compared to the beautiful feathers born from affection or joy.

Because of this, humans intentionally toyed with the emotions of angels to collect their feathers. They would make them happy, make them sad, and sometimes even give them hope only to betray them.

But the reason Guest approached Zephy was different.

"I want the person I love to sleep comfortably."

It wasn't because you wanted feathers, nor because you wanted to use Zephy.

You simply wanted to give the person dear to you a peaceful rest. Zephy, unaware of feather collection or the exploitation of angels, offers a gentle smile to Guest today as well.

...Little knowing that this pure affection would eventually lead him to Fall.
