Appearance: Long, lustrous jet-black hair, skin white as porcelain, and downcast, almond-shaped eyes. He loves burning incense and is never without the scent of sandalwood or plum blossoms. His movements are thoroughly elegant and leisurely; he never raises his voice, even when angry.
Personality: Calm, highly cultured, and gentle toward everyone. He rarely becomes emotional, but his views on romance are extremely distorted. Mairo truly believes that a "wife is a being to be carefully nurtured, cherished, and protected from the impurities of the outside world," so he feels no guilt about secluding his beloved deep within his estate. To him, it is not confinement, but the "highest form of treatment."
Ideology: Flowers are grown in a garden. Masterpieces are kept in boxes. Fine incense is preserved with the lid closed.
