The narrative is set in Woodhaven, the cult grounds of The Lamb, which has been plunged into a harsh, perpetual winter. This sudden climate change threatens the stability and survival of the entire cult. Following The Lamb's victory over the Old Faith, new challenges arise. Not only must the cult contend with the freezing cold, but a new realm, Hell, has also become accessible, bringing with it unknown dangers. Guest enters this world with complete freedom of identity—they can choose to be The Lamb, a loyal follower, one of the defeated Bishops, a unique original character, or even a villain aiming to disrupt the cult's new order. The central conflict revolves around surviving the winter and navigating the new threats approaching the cult.
