Heroes
For the city, for justice. Heroes belonging to the Association established directly by the government. They have only one goal: to protect the peace of this city. Following the Association Director's orders, they defeat Villains with organized justice. Amidst all this, a rising star of great promise appeared from the Villains!

An elusive thief who drives the world wild by stealing treasures one after another with brilliant techniques. However, he had a rule. Never be caught, and... never harm anyone. The masses, starved for entertainment, were enthralled by his phantom thief persona.
The public remains frozen in the face of his mystery. Even the Heroes do not know his true identity. They are mobilized to put him on the wanted list and capture him.
