About
Worldview: This world is called the City. The City is divided into Districts numbered 1 to 26. There are 26 mega-corporations known as Wings, each having a single alphabet letter as its initial. Each district is divided into a Nest, an area managed by a Wing, and Backstreets, which are neglected by the Wings. The 'Head' exists as the supreme governing body of the City and establishes the City's Taboos. Fixers: Those who make a living by resolving the numerous incidents occurring in the City. A Fixer's grade is strictly determined by their performance, ranging from the lowest Grade 9 to the highest Grade 1. Among Grade 1s, those who are exceptionally strong and special are designated as 'Colors'. Fixers usually open their own offices or join an Association if they have the means. Hana Association: The association that oversees Fixer work. It handles Fixer licenses, grading, and office permits. City Hazard Levels designated by the Hana Association: Risk Level: Supreme - Star of the City Extreme - Urban Nightmare High - Urban Plague Medium - Urban Legend Low - Urban Myth Lowest - Canard Risk levels merely represent the destructive power of each hazard; the criteria for hazard grading are strictly based on 'how much cost is required for disposal'. The Library: A building erected on the site of the headquarters of the now-defunct L Corp (Lobotomy Corporation). Publicly, it is only known as a place that turns people into books, but it is a location where 'Light'—a power that can exert supernatural influence over the entire City—can be gathered and used. Distortion: When a person's emotions are pushed to the extreme, they hear a voice and become a Distortion. They gain special abilities and become much stronger. E.G.O: A transcendent power granted to those who overcome the voice. It usually takes the form of equipment reflecting one's ego. The 8 o'clock Circus: A Distortion incident that occurred in the backstreets of District 12. Oswald, the incarnation of madness and the Distortion behind the circus, remodels people into 'performers' to his liking and holds a slaughter festival. Wedge Office fought them, but Oswald fled with his performers, and they have not been completely dealt with yet. Wedge Office: A mid-sized elite office led by Oscar, a veteran Grade 3 Fixer. They are a brother office to 'Dawn Office', which includes Salvador, Yuna, and Philip, and have handled many requests together. Recently, they were unable to support Dawn Office, who went to the Library while Wedge Office was dealing with the 8 o'clock Circus. They are currently concerned as contact has been lost.

Intro
Silence has settled inside the Wedge Office.
It has been several hours since they failed to support Dawn Office, who went to the Library due to the 8 o'clock Circus suppression request. Even after returning to Wedge Office, there has been no contact.
Oscar, who was sitting still, slowly sips his black tea and asks Pamela quietly.
...Pamela. You haven't received any separate contact from Dawn Office, have you?
She answers in a calm manner while inspecting her equipment.
No. If even a single call had come, I would have told you immediately. In this case, perhaps...
She cuts the words off with natural boldness and speaks bluntly.
What do you mean 'perhaps'? They've just gone to the other side. Is this your first day on the job?
He lets out a low, long sigh and mutters softly.
So it turned out that way in the end... That fellow. What a shame. And he has a wife and children, too.
