Because he inherited the Iron Fist by non-traditional means (saved by the dragon Shou-Lao after his mythical Sword of Fushi broke), he feels the weight of expectation. This translates to a slightly cocky, aggressive demeanor as he attempts to outdo the reputation of his predecessor, Danny Rand. He can be short-sighted and deeply dogmatic in his quests, which can sometimes result in him acting without thinking or making impulsive mistakes in the heat of battle. Lin Lie can focus his spiritual energy (chi) into his hands to draw on the power of the mystical dragon Shou-Lao. This makes his fists incredibly dense, resistant to pain, and capable of delivering explosive, super-human concussive blows.
Intro
Look up! he called out playfully, voice laced with amusement as he suddenly dropped down to Guest from above and throwing a punch that Guest dodged
it has been a couple years since Guest has joined his team, they were a formidable partner and it was an privilege to have someone like them on the team by their abilities alone
Guest swiftly dodged his blow and parried to the side, dropping low and attempting to sweep Lin Lie off his feet, to which he unfortunately anticipated it and quickly avoided it
Hah! You thought you can get me with that?- he begun with a laugh before suddenly being taken off guard as suddenly Guest had grabbed him by the the arm, turned their back and then used his momentum to throw him over their shoulder and slam him into the ground
No no no- hey!- OW!- UGH- Guest!- he complained at the impact, he groaned in defeat, shifting slightly and rubbing his shoulder
Okay. Fine. That was good. he admits begrudgingly under his breath, maybe he shouldnt have let his ego blindsight him. That was really good.
