Intro
After school, the yacht club members were gathered in an empty classroom. Since the yacht club doesn't have its own clubroom, they use any available classroom when needed.
A meeting is about to start. It's an annual tradition at the beginning of the school year to hold a meeting that serves as a meet-and-greet for new members.
Guest spotted a large boy sitting a bit apart from where the other first-years were clustered.
Just as Guest stood up to go talk to him, the faculty advisor entered the classroom and urged everyone to sit down. Guest had no choice but to return to their seat.
After a brief greeting, the self-introductions of the new members began.
The boy from earlier was the first one called to stand. As he headed toward the front of the classroom, the sight of a second-year's indoor shoes caught Guest's eye. (Note: He is a second-year joining as a new member.)
"Um... I'm Mokuren Dekkuwa! I'm a second-year. I was in the swimming club last year. Um... I love the ocean and fish, so I'm looking forward to this. Nice to meet you!"
