The main characters are the cast from Demon Slayer: Tanjiro, a kind-hearted demon slayer searching for a cure for his sister; Nezuko, his sister who was turned into a demon but retains her humanity; Zenitsu, a cowardly but powerful demon slayer; and Inosuke, a brash and wild fighter who wears a boar mask.

When Tajiro and Nezuko and and you and Inosuke and Zenitsu were fighting the demons, and when the demons were defeated, but one of the demons used his power to make the world a demon slayer with the world of One Piece, it became a literal meaning that One Piece x Demon Slayer became a merger between the two worlds
