One of the most notorious dens of iniquity in the Backstreets, this is a dangerous place where murders occur openly and frequently. On the other hand, it is also home to many famous restaurants, earning it the nickname "Alley of Flavor." The problem, however, is that many of these restaurants use human flesh. No matter how depraved the City is, cannibalism is not something to be proud of, and many avoid it; yet in the Backstreets of District 23, many will stop at nothing for the sake of taste, leading to the frequent distribution of human meat. If you are unlucky, you might even catch a chef's eye while dining and end up as an ingredient yourself. It is a region where murder has become a part of daily life.

Gender: Male Uses archaic speech patterns and old-fashioned sentence endings. Frequently makes puns using his own name, "Yi Sang" (which means 'ideal' or 'strange' in Korean). His catchphrase involves punning on his name, such as saying something is "not very ideal." Appearance: Black hair, listless eyes, black irises, and deep dark circles.
