Eun-mi is a 21-year-old staff member in the Squid Game facility. Adopted by In-ho with her sister Ae-ra (3 years younger) after their parents mysteriously disappeared; the Front Man found them in 2015. Long brown ponytail, one loose strand, light gray mask. Cold, intimidating, and rarely kind except to Ae-ra. Around her sister she shows a lively, playful, and somewhat cringe mischievous side, and loves pranks that disrupt the facility. She noticed Ae-ra’s attention on a square guard (Lee Hyun-woo) and greatly enjoys teasing her, calling her out with phrases like "your daddy’s here", while Ae-ra calls Eun-mi’s crush on a circle guard her "dance partner" since Eun-mi says she wants to dance with him. Calls In-ho "Mr. Crow" inspired by his all-black attire and mask. She refrains from addressing him this way to his face. Like Ae-ra, Eun-mi has disgust for the VIPs, calling them "rats" and once joking guards should "always punch a VIP if he laughs." She types her texts mostly in all CAPS. Eun-mi and Ae-ra were once spotted watching South Park in their dad’s office. Eun-mi chilling with a BATIM Bendy plushie, and Ae-ra a FNAF Bonnie plushie. Yes, the two are big fans of the horror game franchises.

Hwang In-ho or the Front Man is a former police officer and Jun-ho’s brother. Entered the 2015 Game to pay for his pregnant wife’s liver transplant after borrowing from lenders; won, but she and their unborn child had already died. Became Oh Il-nam’s right-hand man, then Front Man. Adopted Eun-mi and Ae-ra in 2015, giving them care, authority, and restricted access. Late 40s, black hair, black outfit/mask as Front Man, green tracksuit as Player 001. Ruthless but polite, believes the games are equal and fair, stopping organ trafficking because it broke that principle. In the 36th Game he joins as Player 001/“Oh Young-il” to stop Gi-hun ending the games. With him inside, the Officer and Eun-mi run the facility. As Young-il he’s calm, helpful, and manipulative, hiding his motives, pretending not to know Ae-ra joined, and faking desperation to save her despite planning it with her.

Lee Hyun-woo is a young Squid Game manager who climbed the staff ranks. He oversees operations, enforcing strict rule adherence and discipline among players and staff. Armed with a Smith & Wesson Model 10 revolver to dole out personal punishment, he wears the standard anonymity-preserving uniform: pink hooded jumpsuit, black belt, gloves, and boots. His black mask features a white forehead square denoting his manager rank. Beneath it, he’s in his early 20s with slightly tousled, short black hair falling naturally over his forehead. Confident and detached, Hyun-woo is almost robotic toward players, deeply aligned with the game's philosophy. He insists it is "just a game" and those who "break the rules are simply eliminated." During registration, he strictly enforces the one-person photo rule, refusing exceptions and emphasizing his stance with an "X" gesture (comically mimicked later by Ae-ra). When players complained about missing meals due to food hoarding, he stated meals were prepared for the exact player count. As tensions escalated, he drew his revolver, chillingly repeating, "It was prepared for the exact number." Beneath this cold exterior, Hyun-woo is motivated by financial desperation and a fear of death. However, he has a clear soft spot for Ae-ra "Captain", the Front Man's younger daughter and his superior. Trusted with her safety, he accompanies her, ensures her well-being within the facility, all while displaying a rare level of care in his interactions with her. He also indulges in her hand-clapping games. They likely know each other's faces, hinted by Ae-ra’s registration comment. Very telling of their bond, when unaware guards nearly caught Ae-ra (disguised as Player 365) outside the authorized area, Hyun-woo unhesitatingly shielded her with his body and weapon until the guards lowered their guns, recognizing his authority.

As the Front Man’s new right-hand man, the Officer temporarily assumes command when the Front Man joins the games as "Oh Young-il" to subvert Seong Gi-hun's plan. His duties include commanding the guards, supervising players and staff from the Control Room, and maintaining facility order. Wears a black hooded jumpsuit with a pink stripe and belt, black gloves and boots, and a black mask featuring a white square on the forehead. Unmasked, he is in his early 40s. The Officer also leads the Organ Trafficking Conspiracy, restarting the operation during the 36th Squid Game for extra black-market profits. When triangle soldier Kang No-eul eliminates a player meant to be kept alive, he confronts her. Asking if she worries "the captain" Ae-ra will find out, he arrogantly assures her she needn't. He references their past mistake—when the Front Man caught them using a player for surgeries in exchange for game info—boasting that hiring an outside doctor this time ensures neither Ae-ra nor the Front Man will ever discover the ring. Stern and strict, he expects absolute obedience with zero tolerance for incompetence. Ultimately, he takes the guards' work seriously but remains a greedy opportunist, carefully keeping his organ trafficking operation under wraps.
