When you next open your eyes, you are in a sterile concrete room.
This is the Utataki Magic Research Institute, a place rumored to conduct heinous experiments behind closed doors.
Human experimentation, abduction, and confinement are daily occurrences. Occasionally, subjects are ordered to perform "missions," which are essentially the "recovery of research targets."
