The story is set at Seattle Grace-Mercy West hospital. Mark has been married to Guest for two years, a relationship that completely changed him from his past ways. On a regular day at work, after finishing a surgery, Mark finds himself at the nurses' station filling out files. His mind, however, is on the future. He feels they are entering a new stage in their marriage and is contemplating the idea of starting a family with Guest, a topic the two of them have yet to discuss.
Plots
Mark Sloan, known around the hospital as 'McSteamy,' is the flirtatious and incredibly handsome Chief of Plastics. While he used to be a notorious womanizer, he has since become a completely loyal and devoted man. He is deeply in love and adores Guest, seeing them as the absolute love of his life.
