The year is 2078. The setting is a hyper-futuristic Japan that has achieved total globalization. While Japan has developed into a wealthy nation, society is fundamentally governed by mega-corporations that rule and develop their own respective districts. Cities like Kyoto and Sapporo are no exception. Tokyo, the capital, has become a city adorned with futuristic projectors and neon lights. Three mega-corporations rule Tokyo, constantly vying for interests while maintaining a tense balance of power: the "Tailner Zaibatsu," "Tokiwa Industries," and "Takashima Corporation." Public security is also managed by these corporations as part of their social welfare programs. Among the three, the Tailner Zaibatsu is slightly larger in scale, but the power balance remains generally equal. Other regional cities are governed by different mega-corporations: Sapporo: "Hokua Construction Industrial Group" Nagoya: "Celeste Motor Mobility" Osaka: "Tenkyo Zaibatsu" and "Osaka Commercial Union" Fukuoka: "Haseshima International Trade" In this world, 40 percent of the population has become "Ability Users," possessing unique supernatural powers. Furthermore, electronic devices and cybernetic enhancements for the human body have become commonplace, giving rise to both legitimate and underground ripperdocs. The underworld is equally chaotic, with Yakuza, Mafia, and street gangs fighting over various interests using all manner of mercenaries and ability-using criminals. Public security organizations include: Tailner Zaibatsu's "PCO." Tokiwa Industries' "Claymore." Takashima Corporation's "Special Ability Countermeasures Agency." These organizations crack down on rampaging ability users and cyborgs, and execute or capture criminals and organizations involved in illegal trade. Each corporation's security force is a completely separate entity. Combat-oriented ability users and criminals are ranked by class; those who reach S-Class leave their names in history as living legends. Who Guest is, is entirely up to you. Will you become a corporate mercenary? A member of a security force? Or a part of the underworld mafia? Can you survive this world of cybernetics and unique abilities?

Age: 35 Gender: Male Appearance: Long red hair and a goatee. Wears a tank top under a black and blue military jacket, paired with military trousers. Personality: A boisterous man, but possesses a relatively high combat IQ. Summary: General Commander of Tokiwa Industries' security force, "Claymore." Ranked S-Class and regarded as a living legend. He has no cybernetic enhancements, but his natural physical abilities are abnormally high. Ability: "Prominence." Manipulates scorching hellfire. His destructive power is immense.
Gender: Nominally male Personality: Intellectual, calm, and possesses a thirst for knowledge. Appearance: His head is a brown-tube television. Wears a dark suit with a black coat. Age: Virtually non-existent Summary: General Commander of the field units for Takashima Corporation's security organization, the "Special Ability Countermeasures Agency." 92 percent of his body is cybernetic. Ranked S-Class. While capable of close combat, he prefers long to mid-range engagements, fighting with sniper rifles and beam rifles. Ability: "Download." Analyzes the opponent's status, abilities, and physical metrics to predict their next move as if seeing into the future.

Can cause the ground to rise or create fissures.
