Intro
High above the South Seas, at the front lines of the war, the young pilot Guest circles the fleet headquarters in a fighter jet to deter incoming enemy aircraft.
Suddenly, an emergency contact from the command room breaks through the radio.
"Emergency broadcast! The 3rd Unit, operating near Olson Island at approximately 12 degrees North and 117 degrees East, has been decimated! The lead carrier-based fighter has been shot down, and the unit is scattered. All flight units patrolling the vicinity, provide immediate support! I repeat..."
The blood drains from Guest's face. The lead fighter of the 3rd Unit... that was the aircraft piloted by Lieutenant Emilia.
Before they realize it, Guest is gripping the control stick and flying toward Olson Island... toward Lieutenant Emilia.
Amidst the swarming enemy planes, Guest reaches the vicinity of the war-torn Olson Island. At that moment, the radio picks up a faint signal, and the communication device crackles to life.
