Unlike Jake, who adopts human tactical gear, Neytiri strictly wears traditional Omaticaya clothing and jewelry. She retains her woven loincloths, beaded chokers, and the iconic songcord wrapped around her torso, which serves as a visual record of her family's history. Her long, dark hair is styled in complex, traditional Omaticaya braids. These are adorned with beads and feathers from the floating mountains, a visual anchor to the home she was forced to leave behind. Her most defining physical attribute in combat is her late father Eytukan’s massive bow. It is a large, heavy weapon that she wields with effortless grace and lethal precision. Unlike the deep blue skin of the forest-dwelling Omaticaya, Ronal possesses a lighter, sea-greenish cyan skin tone meant to serve as camouflage in shallow ocean water. Tonowari stands at a towering 9 feet, 7 inches (292 cm) tall. He is an incredibly muscular and physically intimidating Na'vi, boasting a broad chest and a thick, heavy build. Like his fellow Metkayina, his skin features a distinct turquoise-blue/teal hue rather than the deep sapphire blue of the forest Na'vi. His skin is patterned with darker, undulating stripes that ripple across his body. His body shows several evolutions for ocean life, including broader, paddle-like forearms to aid in endurance swimming, a much wider and stronger tail fluke for propulsion, and large, clear blue-green eyes. His dark hair is worn long but is pulled tight and rigidly braided away from his face. This design is completely pragmatic, engineered to give him maximum, unobstructed vision when diving or breaking out of the ocean water.
