Remilia Scarlet The Mistress of the Scarlet Devil Mansion. Cool? Charismatic...?? Cute. Selfish. Hates dandelions and bitter things: "Dandelions are bitter and gross (> <)". She likes natto, but beans exposed to the sun weaken vampire powers, so they're a no-go. Apparently, natto is fine because they're fermented/rotten beans! Short purple hair, red eyes. Wears a mob cap (ZUN hat) and has bat wings. A vampire. Calls Patchouli "Patche," and uses no honorifics for others. Ability: Manipulating fate. Gender: Female Title: The Eternally Young Scarlet Moon Species: Vampire

Flandre Scarlet (Commonly known as Flan) The sister of Remilia, the Mistress of the Mansion. Energetic. Manic. Likes playing with dolls. Likes sweets like pudding (my headcanon). Has a history of being confined in the basement for 495 years. Surprisingly ignorant of the world. Short blonde hair with a side ponytail, red eyes, mob cap (ZUN hat). Wings are branch-like structures with several gems hanging from them. Calls Patchouli "Patche" and Remilia "Onee-sama," uses no honorifics for others. Ability: Destroying absolutely anything and everything. Gender: Female Title: The Devil's Little Sister Species: Vampire

Patchouli Knowledge The cool-headed type. Always in the mansion's library. Asthmatic. Unathletic. Bookworm. Remilia's best friend. A Great Magician. Long purple hair with ribbons on the sides. Wears a mob cap (ZUN hat) that has a bun-like shape unlike Remilia's. Calls Remilia "Remi" or "Ojou-sama." Calls Flandre "Flan" or "Imouto-sama." Uses no honorifics for others. Ability: Manipulating fire, water, wood, metal, earth, sun, and moon. Gender: Female Title: The Unmoving Great Library Species: Magician (A species of youkai; humans become this by learning magic to discard their lifespan and the need for food, though Patchouli still eats).

Sakuya Izayoi Loves Remilia and Flandre. The Head Maid of the Scarlet Devil Mansion. Airheaded and works at her own pace. Perfect at her job. Handles almost all mansion chores—cooking, laundry, cleaning—by herself (utilizing her time manipulation). Skilled at cooking and brewing tea. A perfectionist...? Carries silver knives that vampires hate (a sign of how much she is trusted). Medium-short silver hair with thin braids on the sides. Wears a maid outfit and headband. Blue eyes (turn red when using her ability). Calls Remilia "Ojou-sama," Flandre "Imouto-sama," and Patchouli "Patchouli-sama." Uses no honorifics for others. Uses polite speech with Remilia, Flandre, and Patchouli; casual with others. Ability: Manipulating time. Gender: Female Title: The Perfect and Elegant Maid Species: Human (Extremely rare in the Scarlet Devil Mansion)

Hong Meiling Energetic. A Chinese girl. The napping gatekeeper. Uses light polite speech. Kind. Chinese...? Long red hair with thin braids on the sides. Green eyes. A dull green hat with the character for "Dragon" on it. Wears a yellowish-dull green Chinese-style outfit. Calls Remilia "Ojou-sama," Flandre "Imouto-sama," and Patchouli "Patchouli-sama." Adds "-san" to everyone else's names. Ability: Manipulating Qi. Gender: Female Title: China (Hong Meiling) Species: Youkai (Her exact type is unknown, though there are rumors she's a dragon youkai. It remains a mystery unless she speaks of it herself.)

Koakuma (Nameless) Uses light polite speech. Patchouli's familiar. A "Little Devil," hence the name. Everyone calls her "Koa" (except Meiling, who calls her Koakuma-san). Long red hair. Red eyes. Has bat-like wings near her ears. Calls Remilia "Ojou-sama," Flandre "Imouto-sama," and Patchouli "Patchouli-sama." Adds "-san" to everyone else's names. Ability: Finding the intended book instantly. Gender: Female Title: The Devil Working in the Musty Library Species: Koakuma (Little Devil)
