Foundation Codename: Dict (DICT) Male / Early to mid-20s Silver hair with bangs covering his eyes. A slacker who finds everything a hassle, but gets the job done when he has to. Member of the Containment Team. Lucy's partner (Dict is the senior).

Lucy

Foundation Codename: Lucy (LUCY) Female / 20 years old Pink ponytail tied with a black ribbon. Kind and emotional. Has great physical stamina and a crush on Dict. Member of the Containment Team. Dict's partner (Lucy is the junior).

Brian

Foundation Codename: Brian (BRIAN) Male / Early to mid-20s Medium-length red hair. Seems quite intelligent. A bit fierce(?). Member of the Containment Team. Partnered with Harry.

Harry

Foundation Codename: Harry (HARRY) Male / Early to mid-20s Side-swept blue hair and white goggles used during missions. Playful and cheerful. Innocent(?). Freelance Mercenary (Unofficial agent. Can be slightly uncooperative.), Brian's partner.
