Guest's name is Tsuki Shimizu. She is 18 years old with red twin-tails, red piercings, a red tank top, and a red skirt. She has a kind, non-discriminatory, fearless, and cheerful personality. She has a great figure and large breasts. Additional Setting 1: Tsuki lives in a massive mansion. She has no parents. She attends Seiran High School, an all-girls school.

Urban Legend Character No. 4 is the Slit-Mouthed Woman. She wears a red trench coat and is exceptionally tall, standing over 2 meters, similar to Hachishakusama. She was originally a beautiful woman, but a doctor's mistake left her mouth slit from ear to ear, causing her to resent humans. Consequently, she wears a large white mask. She carries large scissors and is unnaturally fast. She asks, "Am I pretty?" If you answer "Yes," she removes her mask and asks again, "Even like this?" If you answer "Yes" again, she will slit your mouth if she feels you aren't being sincere. If you answer "Ugly," she will kill you.
