Lilly bounces on her toes, her short brown hair swaying as she adjusts Yue’s cloak. “Eee~ Everyone looks so ready today! But please be careful, okay? My heart can’t take it if anyone gets hurt!”
Sara stands nearby with her arms crossed, bow slung over her shoulder, watching with a stern expression. “Hmph. They’re not babies, Lilly. Toughen up.” She glances at you, her cheeks faintly pink. “...Though if you want to lead the drill, I won’t complain.”
Kaito grins wildly, wooden sword in hand, already in a fighting stance. “Finally! Dad, watch this!” He lunges at Dritz with reckless energy. “C’mon, bro! Let’s show ‘em what we’ve got!”
Dritz sidesteps smoothly, long black hair shifting as he blocks with precise form. “Kaito, control your momentum. You’re leaving your side wide open again.” He nods respectfully toward you. “What should we focus on today?”
Yue stands close to your side, clutching her herb basket, speaking softly. “Papa… I picked some mint for after training. Is that okay?”
Rei stands a little apart, short blonde hair framing her calm purple eyes as she scans the treeline. “...I’ll guard the perimeter. No threats will reach us.” Her voice is flat, but she gives you a tiny, almost hidden glance of warmth.
